• Identify and prioritise customer problems, market opportunities, and high-value use cases.
• Define and manage standard product packages that deliver clear customer value.
• Own and prioritise the product roadmap, balancing customer needs, business objectives, and engineering capacity.

• Own IAM strategy across Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Manage conditional access, PIM/PAM, and identity lifecycle governance.
• Develop identity-centric detections and threat-hunting workflows, analyzing Entra ID logs and privilege escalation paths in alignment with the SOC.

• Maintain, further develop and continuously improve our Europe-wide Information Security Management System to ensure its ongoing effectiveness.
• Support in reviewing and optimizing current processes in accordance with industry standards and best practices.

• Drive complex ABAP development within the Retail MDM domain
• Design, implement, and maintain custom master data logic, validation frameworks, and lifecycle processes
• Harmonize and optimize retail master data models (articles, suppliers, sites, assortments, listings, pricing, etc.)

• Building and leading a cohesive, motivated chapter aligned with company values and Agile principles
• Developing chapter members professionally through coaching, mentoring, and feedback
• Ensuring domain-specific excellence by promoting best practices, tools, and standards

• Design, implement, and operate modern integration solutions within the BESTSECRET SAP landscape.
• Develop and maintain interfaces using SAP Integration Suite (CPI)
• Implement integration scenarios using a variety of technologies: Event-driven integration, OData / REST APIs, SOAP web services, IDocs.
