• Szakmai tudásoddal aktívan támogatod kiemelt projektekben a szolgáltatások end-to-end kialakítását.

• Csapatvezetők közvetlen irányítása, munkájuk koordinálása és mentorálása, a csapatvezetőkhöz tartozó projektek előrehaladásának biztosítása (3-5 direct riport)
• A CTO által meghatározott stratégia lebontása a csapatokra és annak következetes végrehajtása

• üzleti igények felmérése, rendszerezése és a követelmények elemzése, adat- és folyamatmodellezés;
• informatikai megoldások funkcionális és vizuális tervezése az üzleti igények mentén;

• Own the product and delivery roadmap, translating strategic direction into a clear and actionable backlog

• Contribute to the design, development and maintenance of PP/DS in SAP S/4HANA
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, and team members to translate business and technology requirements into solutions
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance through best practices and code reviews
