• Learn and use groundbreaking technologies.
• Engineers will apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions for our customers and lead customer interactions by thoughtfully working with them to dive deep into the issue and get the root cause.

• Support complex systems, including MES system
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system
• Be part of projects to ensure successful implementation of new systems and technologies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize system integration and support needs

• Act as a key escalation point for complex client issues
• Collaborate with development teams to diagnose, reproduce, and resolve critical bugs
• Design and implement internal tools and scripts to streamline support processes
• Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement in support operations
