• A közel 40 fős szoftverfejlesztési terület munkájának szakmai irányítása, a beosztott Vezetők motiválása, fejlesztése
• Az ERP- és Webfejlesztési projektek kiváló minőségben és határidőre való leszállítása
• A fejlesztési igények összefogása, idő- és erőforrástervezés
