• A backoffice IT infrastruktúra teljes körű működtetése és fejlesztése (irodai hálózat, WiFi, on-prem szerverek, M365, videokonferencia rendszerek)
• IT biztonság és üzletmenet-folytonosság biztosítása (határvédelem, tűzfalak, VPN-ek, mentési stratégiák, Disaster Recovery tervek és tesztek)

• Komplex IT projektek (elsősorban fejlesztési és alkalmazásintegrációs) teljeskörű IT oldali projektmenedzsmentje,
• Projekttervezés és -ütemezés, felmerülő projektköltségek nyomon követése és betartatása,
• A projektekben felmerülő kockázatok azonosítása, követése és kezelése,
