• Managing responsibilities within the assigned team of leaders of people and engineers, develop and continuously improve organizational capabilities of the team.
• Managing related activities and ensuring the alignment of their area with broader organizational initiatives and objectives.

• Own and continuously evolve the digital cement strategy, aligned with CCC priorities, operational excellence objectives, and Group strategy.
• Translate cement operational challenges (e.g. reliability, energy efficiency, maintenance, CO₂ reduction) into clear digital roadmaps and investment priorities.

• Put a focus on IT/digital project assignments & become part of the digital transformation of aviation

• Work closely with Product Management to understand the business needs and find appropriate technical solutions
• Design, own and operate scalable, secure payment systems that handle financial transactions efficiently in a multi‑tenant Cloud/SaaS environment

• You design and implement a cloud-native, multi-tenant and secure asset monitoring platform for distributed fiber optic sensing solutions
• You build robust, secure and observable platform components, data models, interfaces and APIs

• Develop and maintain global SAP architecture and process standards (SAP Template), promoting harmonization and best practices.
• Overall responsibility for the SAP roll-out program: planning, steering, and monitoring all roll-out activities worldwide.

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation
• Technical strategy: Drive architectural decisions, coding standards, and best practices across the stack
