Our goal is to attract postdoctoral researchers and enable them to conduct their research with the mentorship of a PI. • You own and continuously evolve the Allane IT Quality Assurance & Test Framework, ensuring alignment with ISTQB standards and regulatory requirements
• You define and execute scalable test strategies - from automation to regression - using modern tools and methodologies

• You design, build and run scalable cloud-native applications – from distributed Spring Boot microservices to modern Angular frontends
• You create clean, well-structured REST APIs and event-driven systems (SNS/SQS) that power seamless user experiences

• Conduct empirical and theoretical interdisciplinary research on legal question answering in German laymen questions
• Design and execute state-of-the-art NLP experiments and user studies
• Independently analyze qualitative and quantitative data

• Research on learned components for streaming data systems, such as
• learned cost, latency, and throughput models for continuous and multimodal queries,
• learning-based scheduling, parallelism, and resource allocation for streaming operators, and
