• Collaborate with product and service owners to monitor and push the progress of their UX actions

• Set the overall digital product vision and roadmap, aligning investments with corporate goals, customer needs, and emerging logistics technologies.
• Prioritize and manage the cross-domain product portfolio, balancing innovation, scalability, and lifecycle management from ideation to retirement.

Empower customer success: Partner proactively with customers to enhance their adoption and sustainable consumption of SAP BDC services, coordinating closely with the Account Team....

• Modern development tools including .NET 8, Visual Studio 2022, Git and Azure DevOps
• Containerization and orchestration with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and YAML
• Backend systems built in C#, following a microservice architecture with WebSocket, REST, and RabbitMQ for message-based communication
