• In your role as team head, you are responsible for leading a team (approx. 8 persons) both professionally and disciplinarily
• You develop the team members according to the requirements and promote collegial collaboration within your team, within CRT, and with other areas at ZEISS

• Implement global workplace experience standards and programs in the Berlin office, under guidance from the Lead.
• Assist with day-to-day office operations, including facilities coordination and support with vendors (cleaning, security, catering, maintenance).

• Oversee the day‑to‑day management and maintenance of our office facilities
• Plan, procure, and manage IT hardware, office equipment, and furniture
• Coordinate and supervise external service providers such as technicians, craftsmen, and maintenance partners

• Support executives with scheduling, travel, meeting preparation, and follow-up tasks.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and discretion.
• Assist in coordinating cross-departmental initiatives and internal communications.
