• Operate, optimise, and further develop our Microsoft Fabric ecosystem (Lakehouse, Warehouse, Pipelines, Semantic Models).
• Design, build, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards based on clearly defined business requirements.

• Support Senior Asset Managers in the day-to-day management of assets, providing structured analysis and insights across financial, operational, and strategic topics.
• Prepare and maintain financial models, including cash-flow projections, lease analyses, and CapEx projects using Forbury and Excel.
