• Lead the end‑to‑end Office Move project, ensuring all workstreams progress toward their Definition of Done (DoD).
• Drive all governance structures, including Steering Committee, Sponsor Alignment, project syncs, and coordination meetings with external partners.

• Management of Equipments including creation and maintenance of EQ master data, Status and support partner functions for calibration and maintenance requests
• Monitoring of maintenance and calibration orders, review of certificates & creation of non conformity reports in case of deviations

• Secure the fastest response time and quality of customer services and support requests
• Lead, develop and guide the organization to meet the set targets and goals
• Active participation in developing the services and support processes within Maillefer Aftermarket

• Management of the international and global MOS Sales team
• Developing the sales strategy for expanding the business, and implementing strategic market development plans in collaboration with Business Development and Sales Managers
• Responsibility for achieving sales targets, turnover, and order intake

• Lead, coach, and inspire a global team of Programme Managers - fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous development
• Oversee customer account allocation and ensure balanced workload distribution and high-quality delivery across the team

• Supervise accounting and administrative activities in collaboration with the fiduciary
• Monthly review and update of financial reporting (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)
