• Lead the end‑to‑end Office Move project, ensuring all workstreams progress toward their Definition of Done (DoD).
• Drive all governance structures, including Steering Committee, Sponsor Alignment, project syncs, and coordination meetings with external partners.

• Manage all lifecycle stages of M&A/PMI projects from the Service perspective, including both Due Diligence as well as Post-Merger Integration projects
• Develop and apply upside potential & risk scenario assessment frameworks for Service

• Be the driving force behind the growth and optimization of our European Autohero and WKDA logistics network
• Lead and implement key logistics initiatives from our European headquarters, working closely with local market teams

• Manage key strategic customer accounts and FMP engine maintenance contracts, driving benchmark satisfaction levels
• Primary liaison between customers and P&WC in support of customer's maintenance activities

• Manage complex product development projects from concept through industrialization.
