As an IT Support Analyst at Philip Morris (PMI) in Lausanne, you will be responsible of the support and maintenance of our commercial systems (consumer database solutions, retailer apps, digital platforms and mobile apps) using service management, providing support to our commercial organization,...

• You handle support requests via our internal ticketing system and provide first-level support, e.g., for SAP HCM-related questions, login issues, or password resets.
• You forward more complex cases to the second- or third-level support and ensure that all necessary information is complete.

• Support of the global CRM Manager in administrative tasks as well as in the implementation of best practices
• CRM first-line support for Salesforce managers and IT in local subsidiaries
• Creation of Veeva and Salesforce reports
• Setting up new users in Veeva and Salesforce

• You will help new employees get started quickly by allocating and installing IT equipment.
• You will act as a point of contact to support new employees' introduction to our systems (hardware, software, mobile services), provide help with onboarding and be available to answer questions.
