• Orchestrate the scope, prioritization, and distribution of resources in your team across the many analytics projects.   
• Manage the delivery process and set expectations with stakeholders for transparent and aligned project outcomes and timelines. 

• Lead and manage a team of engineers in developing and delivering high-quality software solutions.
• Guide cross-functional and distributed teams to deliver results within tight deadlines.
• Foster a culture of mentoring, innovation, and skill development across your team.

• Lead IT due diligence for acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures
• Develop and manage Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs) — defining scope, service levels, and exit strategies
• Coordinate integration and carve-out plans with IT domain heads and Corporate M&A
