• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of tools (Proof of Concept → Deployment → Production → Maintenance → Decommissioning)
• Create and maintain scripts/utilities for tool integrations, certification, and maintenance
• Deploy and manage tools/utilities across managed and geo-redundant data centers

• Support the daily operation of IT systems, acting as the IT point for contact for internal and customer requests
• Manage business outage, contribute to root cause analysis recovery plan and related communications
• Participating in IT projects and documentation

• Monitor, detect and triage cyber security events, anomalies and/or trends in threat landscape using internal and external logging and monitoring sources.
• Complete the containment and analysis for cyber security incidents in a timely manner to minimize business impact.

• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance development capabilities.
• Participate in infrastructure automation projects and contribute to maintaining high standards of quality and documentation.

• Support deployment and integration of customer security products such as managed firewalls, SD-WAN, SASE platforms, and DDoS mitigation solutions.
• Perform configuration, troubleshooting, and tuning of security services in customer environments.
