• Maintaining training system elements (Veeva)
• Coordinating and developing new training modules ("training packages" with documents and practical side-by-side training elements)
• Ensuring accurate data entry and system updates

• Develop and implement a comprehensive GRC strategy, aligned with the institute’s overall strategy and identity, including risk identification, assessment, and management
• Establish and continuously enhance the internal control system (ICS) and risk management frameworks

• Supervise and ensure timely delivery of salary payments, annual salary certificates, stock options certificates and annual statements related to AVS, cross-borders, accident and sickness insurances
• Liase with Finance and pensions specialists and our payroll provider

• Act as a first point of contact for HR-related questions and staff management issues within the Embassy.
• Process local payments and purchases using credit cards, raise requisitions, file invoices and documents.
• Supporting the payroll team to ensure staff are paid on time.
