• Selbstständige administrative Abwicklung von Personalprozessen (Eintritte, Austritte, diverse Anstellungs- und Vertragsmutationen etc.)
• Erstellen von Ein- und Austrittsunterlagen
• Verwalten und Bewirtschaften der Personaldossiers

• Du erstellst ansprechende Stelleninserate.
• Du suchst gezielt nach Kandidat*innen und sprichst sie aktiv an.
• Du übernimmst den kompletten Rekrutierungsprozess in SAP – vom Screening bis zur Zusage.
• Du organisierst Interviews und Probetage gemeinsam mit den Fachabteilungen.
