Operational Excellence: Ensure accurate and timely payroll and pension processing for a diverse workforce, including active employees, pensioners, and international assignees...

• Leading the HR Germany team
• Responsible for all HR-related topics and projects at the Munich, Düsseldorf, and Frankfurt locations
• Supporting and advising management and the German HR committee on HR issues

• Develop and implement a coherent internal communication strategy (including governance, guidelines, and formats) that supports our corporate strategy, culture, and transformation.
• Support the introduction and continuous improvement of internal communication channels, such as our global employee app.

• Process payroll for approximately 7000 (in total) employees in Germany.
• Process all payments and deductions accurately and timely including salary, benefits, pension, tips and other salary premiums ensuring all employees are paid in accordance with the monthly payroll schedule
