• Support Serve as a trusted liaison for the Head of HR, Head of Global Operations and Head of Technology and act as back-up for board-level executive assistants
• Support strategic and operational People & Culture initiatives to enhance employee experience and organizational development

• Develop and implement a coherent internal communication strategy (including governance, guidelines, and formats) that supports our corporate strategy, culture, and transformation.
• Support the introduction and continuous improvement of internal communication channels, such as our global employee app.

• Act as a strategic sparring partner for designated business areas, translating business needs into effective company-wide People strategies
• Understand your business units well enough to identify patterns, risks and opportunities and turn those insights into concrete actions
