Architect our Digital HR Ecosystem: You will shape the strategy and evolution of our HR technology landscape. Your mission is to leverage AI and automation not just to optimize processes, but to unlock new levels of organizational effectiveness and create a competitive advantage through talent....

• Duration of 15 months including several job rotations within TRATON GROUP and its brands (at least one rotation abroad)
• Common Onboarding week in Sweden and virtual graduation with all Trainees from the TRATON GROUP brands

• Assisting in the development and delivery of workshop concepts, enablement sessions, and learning formats
• Collecting and structuring data to support our IT colleagues in integrating relevant topics into the HR system
• Preparing and facilitating stakeholder meetings, team meetings, and workshops

• Project & workshop work – support our Change Management projects and gain valuable experience in cross-functional teams
• Analyzing and evaluating business cases for large transformation and value creation projects

• Develop in-depth knowledge of our MBition HR full life-cycle operations and HR technology eco-system
• Support the day‑to‑day operation and continuous improvement of HR systems (e.g. HRIS, ticketing tool, reporting)
