• Providing support and guidance for employees and executives in all personnel-related matters.

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of payroll-relevant data
• Provide reliable HR operations support throughout the entire employee lifecycle (e.g., onboarding and offboarding, issuing certificates, sickness and absence matters, etc.)
• Maintain compliant, efficient, and well-documented HR processes

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for commercial roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations)
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and hiring priorities
• Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines through active sourcing and networking

• You support the end-to-end recruiting process
• You create HR reports, analyse HR KPIs and derive appropriate measures
• You actively support HR projects
• You provide support in the area of employer branding

• Business Partnering – Serve as a trusted advisor for managers and employees on HR-related matters and policy compliance.
• Employee Support – Provide guidance on HR processes not handled by the HR Operations Hub.
• Manager Enablement – Educate managers on HR responsibilities and the annual HR calendar.
