Independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates through collaboration with external suppliers and various channels to meet business hiring needs....

• Able to further develop yourself as a consultant working closely with management and SAP consultants on projects.
• Support in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects.
• Plan, run and manage design workshops/meetings with customers

• Own full-cycle recruiting across commercetools, from role intake through offer and close
• Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, providing market insights, search strategy, data driven insights and continuous feedback throughout the hiring process

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for commercial roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations)
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and hiring priorities
• Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines through active sourcing and networking
