• Support the drafting and publication of target-group-specific job advertisements on internal and external platforms, including multiposting.
• Coordinate interviews, including scheduling with candidates, hiring managers, and interview participants.

• Support day-to-day benefits operations for NAM Retirement and Health & Welfare, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
• Respond to employee/customer tickets and inquiries, researching and resolving issues in partnership with the Total Rewards team.

•  Contribute to communication and change management activities, helping drive adoption of new or improved HR processes and tools.
•  Create and refine HR, People Leader, and Employee guides and SOPs to support global HR Services and escalation process oversight.
