• Cooperate closely with the Talent Acquisition Business Partners in the team and learn all about recruitment
• Contact candidates and kick off the recruitment process
• Engage and search talents on different platforms such as LinkedIn, Profession, job boards and career fairs

• Perform all necessary review, analysis  and postings required in line with month end requirements and in line with accounting standards.
• Acquire & maintain complete understanding of the Eaton financial analysis tools including Oracle / SAP etc

• Administration of company cars
• Active participate in organizing company events
• Occasionally order taxi
• Manage emplyee’s Visa and work permits
• Organization of business trips, include hotel and flight reservations and coordinate them with contracted partners

• Provides Professional HR support: Supports recruitment, career and competence management, prepares documentation, and assists in compensation and headcount planning
• Facilitates Cross-Organizational Collaboration: Ensures effective information flow with HR teams and stakeholders

• 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, benefits administration, or shared services environment
• Practical knowledge of employee benefits programs and HR compliance requirements
• 1-3 years of experience working with HR systems (e.g. Workday) and service management tools
