• Process payroll and bonus inputs based on company policies and procedures

Process the transactions required for the entire lifecycle of the TESCO colleagues : Set up and maintain of colleagues' data, setting up of New Joiners on Payroll System , Generating contracts for New Joiners, Transfers and Leavers....

• Manage the entire payroll process end-to-end
• Ensure all vital data entries related to payroll and labour administration happen on time
• Manage the monthly closing process, prepare monthly cross check reports to be able to grant maximum level of data quality in payroll and personal data

• Combining strong technical skills with practical commercial, legislative and industry knowledge to lead in developing Payroll Operate services
• Being a central point of contact – liaising with international clients
• Generating new business opportunities 

• Define project concepts, goals, scope, timelines, milestones, and success criteria
• Ensure end‑to‑end delivery of HR projects within budget, timelines, and quality expectations
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to keep everyone aligned

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: from sourcing candidates to releasing offer letters
• Source talent through multiple channels and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Conduct pre-screening and HR interviews, and coordinate technical and management rounds

• Find and connect with candidates through job boards, social media, and CV databases
• Create and post job ads on different platforms
• Review CVs and conduct phone interviews
• Organize language checks and schedule interviews
• Keep recruitment trackers and databases updated

• Operate end-to-end recruitment and selection processes in line with MOL’s organizational plans, business objectives, and internal/external regulations
• Partner with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies

Implement and support People & Culture initiatives within the country organization, including recruitment, payroll coordination, compensation processes, and engagement activities....

• Overall responsibility for all HR matters at the Hungary site
• Ensuring compliance with Hungarian labor and social security law
• Leading, motivating and developing 7 direct reports responsible for approx. 300 employees at the site

• Process the full monthly payroll cycle, including salaries, benefits, taxes, and sick leave payments
• Ensure all payroll activities comply with relevant laws (Labor Code, Tax, Social Security, Family Support)
• Manage payroll related actions for new hires and leavers
