• Own and lead end-to-end payroll delivery, continuously improving processes and service quality
• Act as the primary client partner and strategic advisor for multinational clients

• Advertise open roles and manage in our ATS

• Lead and oversee payroll operations from both a strategic and operational perspective, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and full legal compliance
• Own senior-level Employee Relations, handling complex disciplinary and termination cases while minimising legal and reputational risks
