Performs regular daily operations leading to ensuring accurate and timely execution of Payroll: Consolidate payroll data from various sources; Submit payroll data to external service providers; Review calculation and work with provider on any necessary adjustments...

• Deliver a smooth, positive, and engaging onboarding experience for new employee
• Act as the main point of contact for both new hires and hiring managers
• Coordinate access, equipment, workstations, IT tools, and necessary permissions

• Own the full cycle recruiting process across the region
• Partner with Hiring Managers and Human Resources to develop and maintain relationships that define and manage hiring expectations

• Reliable processing of personnel administration processes (e.g. entries/exits, contract documents, reference letters, confirmations)
• Responsible for time management and time administration tasks
• Maintenance and control of personnel data in the HR system
