• Be- és kilépő dolgozókkal kapcsolatos adminisztráció
• Év végi feladatok, nyilatkozatok, SZJA bevallás készítése

HR irányelvek és folyamatok alkalmazása és fejlesztése, a szervezeti és jogszabályi megfelelés biztosítása mellett....

• munkaügyi okiratok elkészítése (kinevezés, kinevezés módosítás, jogviszony megszüntető okiratok stb.)
• okiratminták, tájékoztatók készítése, aktualizálása;
• Személyi anyagok (közalkalmazotti nyilvántartások) kezelése;
• Adatszolgáltatások, statisztikák, jelentések készítése a nyilvántartások alapján;

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• 1-3 years of experience, aviation experience is an advantage
• Computer literacy (Ms Office)
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Attention to detail

• Oversee payroll procedures to ensure employees are compensated accurately and on time.
• Review payroll data, timesheets, and attendance records; correct inaccuracies when necessary.
• Manage payment transactions via e-banking and ensure compliance with tax and benefits regulations.

• Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, providing market insights, search strategy, data driven insights and continuous feedback throughout the hiring process
