• Handling HR-related inquiries from Italian colleagues

• Coordinate the company-wide salary increase and bonus payment processes in accordance with local compensation policies and procedures.
• Participate in the development and automation of the compensation processes.

• Support annual compensation cycles including annual salary review, Short‑Term Incentives, ad hoc positioning analysis and market benchmarking
• Conduct job evaluations, maintain the company’s global Job Architecture and grading structure.
• Ad hoc reporting and collaboration for Ecovadis certification
