• Conducting recruitment processes for sales positions, current recruitment and new openings: CCC, Half Price, Worldbox, Eshoes stores
• Selecting, verifying, and assessing candidates' professional qualifications and maintaining contact with them,

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: from sourcing candidates to releasing offer letters
• Source talent through multiple channels and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Conduct pre-screening and HR interviews, and coordinate technical and management rounds

• Find and connect with candidates through job boards, social media, and CV databases
• Create and post job ads on different platforms
• Review CVs and conduct phone interviews
• Organize language checks and schedule interviews
• Keep recruitment trackers and databases updated

• Process the full monthly payroll cycle, including salaries, benefits, taxes, and sick leave payments
• Ensure all payroll activities comply with relevant laws (Labor Code, Tax, Social Security, Family Support)
• Manage payroll related actions for new hires and leavers

• Own the full cycle recruiting process across the region
• Partner with Hiring Managers and Human Resources to develop and maintain relationships that define and manage hiring expectations

• Provide Multilingual support within HRSS team
• Provide end-to-end administrative support in HR processes for the entire lifecycle for the employees during their tenure
• Cooperation with HRBPs, Recruitment Team, Immigration Team and other business functions within the organization

• Provide full administrative support to the University’s bodies, in line with their respective rules of procedure.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the procedural rules, forms, and administrative processes related to such bodies.

• Support various HR teams with day-to-day operational and administrative activities
• Contribute to ongoing HR projects and initiatives
• Handle ad-hoc HR-related tasks
• Participate in a structured rotational program with 4-month rotations across different HR functions

Design and manage the global HR analytics and reporting framework, including HR KPIs, dashboards, data models, and governance processes across all locations....

• Engaging with senior stakeholders including at the C-Suite level on employment law matters.
• Providing critical support and leading the employment law advice required on strategic projects both on a national and/or global level.

• You manage the whole end-to-end recruiting process and ensure a state-of-the-art recruitment journey
