• Leading the development and execution of a recruiting strategy for Germany and Austria, keeping senior stakeholders informed.
• Driving the delivery of Oliver Wyman's Inclusion & Diversity agenda for entry level hiring.

• Collaborate closely with clients to support and drive various projects. Potential areas of focus include:
• Conducting benchmarking projects at both the executive level and across the broader workforce

• Conflict resolution: You effectively manage workplace issues while ensuring fairness, legal compliance, and business alignment.

We have an immediate opening for an HR Manager for Central Europe in our People Strategy & Unlocking Potential Team. Our team drives the design and implementation of our People Agenda in Central Europe (CE), working closely with the CE Consulting Team Executive People Director and the People Chair....

• Develop and evolve Bauer's global compensation strategy and structures.
• Lead the annual remuneration cycle (STI evaluation, salary increases).
• Implement and optimize digital tools (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors Compensation).
• Conduct market benchmarks and provide strategic recommendations.

• Design & Develop global performance management frameworks (goal setting, feedback, reviews, calibration).
• Partner & Align with HRBPs and People Directors to tailor frameworks to local needs while ensuring global consistency.

• Establish and monitor metrics for efficiency, communication, and satisfaction to quantify all aspects of a happy and efficient team in our production centers across Germany
• Prepare reports to support decision-making related to capacity planning and incentive systems

• Assuming disciplinary and technical leadership responsibility for the local HR team and challenging and promoting the individual development of employees
• Working closely with HR senior management
