• Overall responsibility for all HR matters at the Hungary site
• Ensuring compliance with Hungarian labor and social security law
• Leading, motivating and developing 7 direct reports responsible for approx. 300 employees at the site

• Provide full administrative support to the University’s bodies, in line with their respective rules of procedure.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the procedural rules, forms, and administrative processes related to such bodies.
