• Support the overall management of the hotels by establishing effective working relationships with other departments ensuring a high level of cross departmental collaboration
• Provide and deliver first-class employee relations services to the hotel

• Prepare, coordinate, and oversee the university’s TDK process for each semester, ensuring timely and successful rounds.
• Organize the TDK workflow throughout the year, including communication, preparatory events, and logistics.

• Lead and oversee payroll operations from both a strategic and operational perspective, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and full legal compliance
• Own senior-level Employee Relations, handling complex disciplinary and termination cases while minimising legal and reputational risks

• Offers routine instructions to team members on job responsibilities. Provides continuous supervision for team members to secure the quality and timely performance of team members as per standards
• Supports the development of processes and procedures
