• Your RoleAs our HR Generalist, you will be the heartbeat of our Budapest office, focusing on finding the best talent and ensuring a seamless employee experience.Key Responsibilities:
• Full-cycle Recruitment: Own the process from sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring qualified candidates.

• Functional Leadership: Coordinate and functionally lead the Skill Management Experts within the Group HR team
• Strategic Design: Design and implement a strategic approach and roadmap for a skill-based organization, including a digital end-to-end skill management process (e.g. AI-based)

• Direct Impact: You will operationalize our new Rewards Philosophy across Europe, ensuring our investment in people creates real business value.
• Strategic Scope: From Executive Compensation to complex Works Council negotiations, you will navigate the highest levels of organizational complexity.

• Day-to-day collaboration with the works council and negotiating work agreements
• Conduct site and documentation audits for compliance with HR policies and legal requirements
• Stay informed on federal, state, and local employment laws to ensure best practices

• Able to further develop yourself as a consultant working closely with management and SAP consultants on projects.
• Support in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects.
• Plan, run and manage design workshops/meetings with customers

• Act as chief spokesperson for the company to the German works council and union, European works council or collaborate with the local HR Managers for negotiations with works councils or unions at European sites.
• Act as strategic advisor to other European sites for labor and employee relations issues.
