• Build up the workforce for our new operations center in Neuenburg am Rhein (1,200+ employees by End 2027)

• Partner with executives and functional leaders to understand business goals and translate them into hiring strategies
• Provide market insights, talent benchmarking, and competitive intelligence
• Lead intake meetings that align on role scope, proficiencies, and success profiles

• Providing insight, support and explanation on HR system and administrative activities in the area of payroll, time & benefit services
• Providing customer service on payroll, time & benefit related activities (inquiry resolution, request management, and troubleshooting)

• Learning about external workforce management at Roche globally
• Deploying solutions to support workforce strategies
• Analyzing data
• Generating reports and insights
• Preparing presentations
• Driving data-driven recommendations for decision making related to the external workforce

• Support HR operations on internal controls, compliance, and risk management in line with company policies
• Coordinate the annual controls testing campaign
• Monitor remediation actions
• Manage control improvement plans
