Oversea and maintain optimal function of the organisations internal HR & Financial information services systems, which may include database management, network support, installation, customisation, development, maintenance and upgrades to application, systems and modules...

• Own Workday Development: You own the development of our Workday HR modules, ensuring that Workday remains an optimal system for our global HR activities.
• Manage Releases and Updates: You take responsibility for and manage release changes and other system updates.

• Able to further develop yourself as a consultant working closely with management and SAP consultants on projects.
• Support in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects.
• Plan, run and manage design workshops/meetings with customers

• Support in the development and preparation of presentations, reports, forecasts and financial models with focus on the HR area for internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct performance analysis, including variance analysis, to support strategic decision-making and financial planning

• Manage key global HR projects
• Enable organizational steering through data insights and analytics
• Ensure HR standards, policies and processes are in place and aligned with HR strategy
