• Manage the entire payroll process end-to-end
• Ensure all vital data entries related to payroll and labour administration happen on time
• Manage the monthly closing process, prepare monthly cross check reports to be able to grant maximum level of data quality in payroll and personal data

• Process payroll and bonus inputs based on company policies and procedures
• Process Sickness, Child Care Benefits and other entitlements based on Country specific legislation
• Process Ad-hoc payments by making necessary adjustments

Process the transactions required for the entire lifecycle of the TESCO colleagues : Set up and maintain of colleagues' data, setting up of New Joiners on Payroll System , Generating contracts for New Joiners, Transfers and Leavers....

• Support various HR teams with day-to-day operational and administrative activities
• Contribute to ongoing HR projects and initiatives
• Handle ad-hoc HR-related tasks
• Participate in a structured rotational program with 4-month rotations across different HR functions
