Your TOP RESPONSIBILITY IS KEEPING CLEARVIS.IO RUNNING and IMPROVING THE DEVOPS AUTOMATION behind it. We self-host everything: our infrastructure, networking, internal services, and GitLab itself.   We are a small company, so operations alone is not a full-time job. For the rest of your time, you...

• Design and implement automation for storage provisioning, capacity management, and operational workflows using Python, Bash, and IaC tooling
• Drive reduction of manual toil through scripted workflows and self-service enablement

• Support of IP and optical network capacity planning including traffic growth analysis and demand forecasting
• Analysis of utilization, throughput, latency, and error metrics from network elements and links

• Ensuring high availability and stable operations
• Monitoring systems and handling alerts
• Opening, managing and coordinating incidents
• Executing planned maintenance tasks
• Keeping contact with providers and internal technical teams
• Troubleshooting application issues and outages using documentation

• Design landing zones, network topology (hub-spoke, transit gateway), and identity/federation models across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
• Define infrastructure-as-code patterns (Terraform, Bicep/ARM, CloudFormation, or Pulumi) that other teams build on
• Design for HA/DR, resilience, and multi-region setups
