• Monitor system alarms, create and close work orders, and prepare routine monitoring reports.
• Maintain platform stability by checking hardware/software status and performing regular health checks.
• Execute software upgrades, patches, capacity expansions, and manage hardware spare parts.

• Support the daily operation of IT systems, acting as the IT point for contact for internal and customer requests
• Manage business outage, contribute to root cause analysis recovery plan and related communications
• Participating in IT projects and documentation

• Handling customer service requests from all Europe for Huawei Wireless products (BTSDBS3900 GUL, BSC69006910 GU and more);
• Take first corrective actions to isolate and neutralize reported incidents and if necessary escalate to next technical level support;

• Working directly with business partners to understand their business requirements and ensure networking projects are properly designed and implemented.
• Identify, design, implement and document networking solutions that meet business needs and organizational standards.
