• Lead and manage the site's full CAPEX portfolio, ensuring prioritization, regulatory compliance and alignment with corporate strategy.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Project Managers and Controllers, ensuring effective resource planning and high performance.

• Lead the full cycle of packaging projects, from initial concept and chartering to development and final handover.
• Drive packaging innovation by identifying and steering projects with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Project leading of international projects
• Coordination of all the activities of new product launches from the marketing brief phase to the first customer compliant delivery
• Preparation of timeline and action plan for the team to be shared with the client
• Control subtasks within individual departments

Lead complex factory optimization and investment projects (CAPEX 2–10M CHF), ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality execution....

• Develop and implement local quality procedures and work instructions to align with contractual requirements, local standards, and Quality Management System (QMS).
• Conduct internal and external quality audits and reviews.

• Responsibility for the Quality Management of new customer projects in the business unit Government Aviation, Aircraft and GBTS
• Creation of quality plans for customer projects and responsibility for customer-related purpose decisions

• Take ownership of multiple process projects across all phases (Design, Manufacturing, FAT, SAT)
• Develop detailed process documentation (P&ID, Functional Specifications)
• Define project timelines and track key deliverables
• Manage project budgets and ensure cost efficiency
