• Conducting routine analyses for release and stability studies of antibodies, proteins and peptides using various separation techniques (e.g. SEC, IEX, RP)
• Reviewing HPLC raw data to ensure quality standards are met.

• Lead New Product Introduction projects with R&D, Quality, Operations and our customers, ensuring completion within the specified goals, timeline, quality requirements and budget

• Perform troubleshooting and rectification of electrical systems

• Moderation, creation, and updating of design and process FMEA
• Creation and maintenance of control plans and inspection characteristics

• Build, analyze and interpret FEA models of stirred-milling parts and assemblies in Ansys Mechanical
• Provide proof of stability for static and dynamic loads and complete structural analysis of mill components and special tools

• Consult business teams on investment projects and process optimizations within the IS application landscape. 
• Leverage existing IS systems and solutions, ensuring their effective application and continuous improvement, while also identifying opportunities for new, innovative solutions. 

• Design mechanical components and assemblies using SolidWorks and PDM, and produce the associated technical documentation
• Develop solutions tailored for series production, collaborating closely with manufacturing and procurement

• Support and expand the hardware and software environments in production to maintain system reliability and scalability
• Ensure accurate data collection from production machines and seamless communication with global systems to enable real-time monitoring, analysis, and reporting

• Manage external suppliers' (mainly located in EU) orders to grant the goods availability by checking the stock level 
• Manage intercompany flows of material from production facilities  
• Provide the production priority to SP warehouse according to availability  

• Perform global field service activities in the oil & gas sector
• Carry out mechanical installation of reciprocating compressors and auxiliary systems
• Execute commissioning and start-up procedures for compressor plants
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on compressor systems

• Drive continuous improvement in factories globally.
• Collaborate with stakeholders worldwide on comprehensive projects.
• Take on a co-leadership role and provide coaching for initiatives aimed at optimizing manufacturing costs and identifying opportunities within the global factory environment.

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production and cleanroom equipment, including in-house developed automation systems and off-the-shelf machines.
• Execute calibration activities and maintain the required documentation and records according to internal procedures.

• Support and assist internal and external customers with technical inquiries
• Provide on-site technical consulting in Suisse romande, France, and occasionally in other European regions
• Support customers with product launches, system settings, application trials, and quality assurance measures

• Lead and develop the company-wide Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001/14001/27001/and relevant industry standards
• Inspire and empower an agile, high-performing quality team and foster a strong “zero-defect” culture across all functions
