• Responsible for the stability, performance, and ongoing development of metrological processes in the DUV environment
• Hands-on support of optical measurement systems in live operation, including troubleshooting (2nd level support)

• Develop and optimize optical assembly and packaging processes for photonic semiconductor devices
• Take technical ownership of assembly equipment, tooling and related measurement processes
• Work hands-on with lensed fibers, collimators, FAC and SAC lenses and other optical components

• System tuning & KPI boost: You analyze transfer data and optimize system performance to achieve capacity targets and minimize process variability.
• Seamless integration: You ensure seamless communication between the AMHS, production equipment, and higher-level control systems.

• Develop and evaluate optical spectroscopy concepts for thin-film characterization with a focus on battery manufacturing processes
• Design and perform experiments to measure and model optical properties of thin films for inline metrology

Coordinate assigned development and DVT work packages for complex embedded electronics, assemblies, test environments and linked system interfaces from re-quirements clarification through verification evidence and handover to subsequent maturity or industrialization steps....

• Own and manage the fab CIM ecosystem, including MES transformation and factory automation systems
• Oversee equipment integration and communications across manufacturing systems
• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for manufacturing systems within a high-volume wafer fab environment

• Provide technical support to scientific and industrial customers via phone, webchat, and email, focusing on post-sales and service inquiries
• Collaborate with local Engineering and global Technical Support teams to deliver accurate solutions and guidance
