• Analyse, visualize and improve material and information flow in Interroll plants; identify value-adding and non-value-adding steps in order to optimize production
• Design production processes and workflows systematically to minimize waste, minimize bottlenecks and maximize value-add

Lead and develop a global, functional engineering organization with a harmonized, end-to-end product development process....

Conduct user research together with UX Design and Product Management, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs, real-world requirements, and promote user-centered design principles internally....

• Lead, develop and mentor a product development team with a strong customer focus
• Active promotion of talent and sustainable capability building within the team
• Establishing a coaching culture and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

• Develop and execute the global product compliance strategy in alignment with business, technology, and sustainability goals
• Ensure globally harmonized compliance practices while adapting to regional regulatory requirements and customer expectations

• Creates and maintains detailed engineering level work plan as tool for guiding and proper engineering execution through ED, DV, PV and launch (as applicable)
• Leads Engineering Development Team (EDT) – mechanism for governing engineering progress
