• Defines and develops the Global Process Engineering strategies and plans
• Interface with site leaders, Global Engineering heads and other global functional leads to ensure that strategies, plans and activities are integrated and aligned with the overall corporate objectives

• Performing manufacturing and quality control testing of semi-finished and finished products in compliance with regulatory requirements (ISO 13485)
• Conducting analytical release of QC results
• Applying your expertise in Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) within QC workflows

• Guiding and supporting your team by overcoming roadblocks and exceeding expectations
• Ensuring appropriate staffing for all active Simultaneous Development Teams (SDTs) in collaboration with Program Management and Quality leadership

• Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improving field efficiency.
• Develop and implement action plans for underperforming countries/entities.
• Promote digital solutions to enhance maintenance efficiency.
• Train and mentor field service supervisors on productivity best practices.

• Lead and manage all activities within the assigned module throughout the series lifecycle.
• Ensure achievement of targets related to function, cost, weight, quality, and timing.
• Implement changes of varying complexity (S–XXL) according to BMW processes (GAMSNext, PQMNext, PKR).
