• Lead full project lifecycle from pre-sales through to project closure.
• Support pre-sales activities including costings, BOMs, and technical specifications
• Develop and manage project documentation: project plans, schedules, risk registers, and implementation plans.

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of a motivated 3D production team
• Building, developing and motivating the team in Hanoi
• Monitoring, ensuring, and optimizing processes
• Organizing and coordinating between the local branch and the German headquarters

• Implement annual strategic and operational plans for DEPA & ELRO.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape.
• Support new product launches and manage lifecycle.
• Collaborate with sales team to achieve business objectives.

• Author, own and maintain internal guidance and training documentation

• Identify, interpret, and resolve deviations in production processes
