• Coordinate laboratory projects and daily laboratory activities
• Schedule and monitor laboratory tasks and deadlines
• Prepare, manage and maintain laboratory documentation
• Handle technical documentation and certificates
• Prepare regular reports and summaries related to laboratory activities

• Responsible for leading implementation EHS strategies, policies, procedures and processes
• Performs tasks related to all EHS-related standards of the company
• Responsible for the planning and implementation of the company’s fire safety and fire prevention activities

• Ensuring sampling of supplier parts with defined standards
• Ensuring sampling of Adient supplied parts in accordance with defined standards
• Management of overview of purchased components from suppliers (overview, sample storage, sample marking)

• Lead daily operations of the manufacturing workshops, ensuring safe, efficient, and smooth production.
• Deliver production plans on time while meeting quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Promote strong standards in Quality, EHS, ESD, and 5S across the shop floor.
