• Ensure our Markranstädt factory can produce according to targets.
• Supervise and lead the Production team to achieve production goals.
• Ensure deliveries meet quality requirements and deadlines.
• Report on the performance of manufacturing operations.

• Lead the development and optimisation of laser welding processes for electrode connections, tab welding, and casing assemblies.
• Design, test, and implement robust and scalable joining solutions for both cell-level and module-level production.

• Manage, control, and maintain technical data, material masters, bills of materials, and version statuses in ERP and PLM systems
• Ensure the up-to-dateness, correctness, and traceability of documentation for all product configurations—from development to series production

• As Mechatronics & hydraulics product developer - SPOC technique, you will be responsible for the development of mechatronics and hydraulics for a product line.
• You develop and validate new product concepts, including construction solutions, calculations and prototype testing.
