• Examination of customer requirements and implementing into a test plan
• Negotiate test plans with other departments and customers
• Plan quality tests for products (audio amplifier and speakers)
• Plan and perform product test according to the requirements and test plans.
• Managing external tests

• Building deep expertise in GE Vernova's Quality and Lean tools to deliver measurable improvements in business performance and team culture
• Driving sustainable operational gains through Built-in-Quality principles, Value Stream transformation, and structured problem-solving
