• Ensures the production process goes smoothly by making sure all of the appropriate parts are in place and ready to go
• Reports production status and issues to upper management
• Develops processes and procedures that improve productivity and reduce costs

• Preparation of long and short-term production plans and daily/weekly schedules based on sales forecasts and order backlog
• Issuing and monitoring of production orders (production instructions)

• Teljesítmény-mutatók (Yield, selejt, gépkihasználtság) nyomonkövetése, analizálása és javítása
• Átállási idők, gépi ciklusidők időszakos felmérése, fejlesztése
• Projektfeladatokban való együttműködés (tervezés, megvalósítás) a projekt-teammel
• Gyártásindítás, próba-és prototípusgyártás végrehajtása

• Manage and control the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) process for finished products using SAP.
• Generate, release, and monitor planned orders and purchase requisitions to ensure product availability.
• Ensure timely replenishment of finished goods by analyzing demand forecasts and customer orders.

• Manage the whole process from sales order entry to FG. Setting the planing system with function Master plan / material plan / production plan  and delivery.
• Oversee the production planning and management activities within the organization.

• Planning the production’s materials and capacity according to customer orders
• Keeps the material and finished product quantity on the optimal level and ensure the maximum of inventory turnover circumstances 
• Actively participate the preparation of delay, warehouse and delivery reports

• Teljesítményjelentések és KPI-k (készlet, folyamatok) fejlesztése, karbantartása és riportálása;
• S&OP / ellátástervezés támogatása a Demand Planner-rel együttműködve, és a gyártási/ellátási kockázatok nyomon követése;
