• Work out the production technology for the NPI’s, (tooling, fixturing, programming),
• Manage the first 5 sets production,
• Daily product/manufacturing support in relevant areas,
• Support the operative engineering team by technology experience,

• Coordinating Lean improvement project portfolio.
• Coordinating the development of Lean Daily Management System. Organizing Lean Action WorkOuts for the different production areas and functions.
• Managing Lean improvement projects from define phase till implementation and follow-up.

• Site Supervision: Monitor and supervise civil and architectural works on-site to ensure compliance with approved designs and technical specifications.
• Technical Review: Review construction drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals related to Civil/Architecture.

Develop and improve quality plans to assure harmonized requirements of manufacturing process, customers and engineering...

• Executes production according to the appropriate instructions.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute policy/strategy.
